Wholesale Broker Advisor

We have an exciting new role working for an award-winning insurance business who are looking to recruit a wholesale insurance account handler to provide excellent customer service to existing sub brokers and clients.

Who will provide quality of service covering all aspects of their insurance arrangements incorporating  

  • Pre-renewal and renewal processing
  • Claims handling
  • Mid-term adjustments
  • Premium collection
  • Record keeping
  • Data entry
  • Diary management
  • Post management/allocation - as required
  • Client and insurer queries.

 

They successful applicant will administer and work within set underwriting authority to attract and win new business and realise cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.

We are seeking candidates who have over one year’s commercial insurance relevant Customer Service/ Administration experience gained in a professional insurance broking, MGA or Insurer.

The salary on offer is highly competitive and negotiable dependant on experience.

  • Working hours – Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm
  • They have flexible office working with a minimum of 2 days required in the office – for the first few months though the candidate should expect to spend at least 4 days in the office to complete training etc.
  • Bonus agreement in place
  • 1 hour for lunch
  • Automatic enrolment into the workplace pension scheme
  • Enrolment into the Company ‘Group Life’ cover throughout the duration of employment
  • Annual holiday entitlement of 23 days. 
  • Extra day off for your Birthday, (if this has not already passed.)
