Underwriting Team Leader - Fleet - £37,000 +
Managing an underwriting team on a daily basis to ensure staff are trained and competent to deliver professional, efficient and high standards of customer service.
The Job Role:
- Manage a team of between 5-10 underwriters with varying levels of expertise and support required.
- Successful applicant will have their own mandate up to £500,000
- You will be responsible for your standard levels, recruitment, training, and development.
Required skills:
- Proven expertise within the mortgage sector
- Prior experience leading, motivating and building a successful team.
- CeMAP qualified
- 1st class organisation, planning and communication skills.
