A great job opportunity to join a specialist MGA in the Not for Profit, Faith, Education, and Recruitment sectors, based in Leatherhead. This role offers an opportunity to work with brokers, assess risks, provide quotations, and maintain strong business relationships.


  • Handle renewals and mid-term adjustments in line with underwriting guidelines.
  • Set up and update policy records.
  • Respond to broker and insurer partner queries within authority limits.
  • Deliver relevant insurance products and uphold underwriting guidelines.
  • Liaise with colleagues, brokers, and insurers on coverage and pricing.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory procedures.


  • General insurance underwriting experience, preferably in property, casualty, or financial lines.
  • Cert CII qualification or working towards it.
  • Experience working in a regulated FCA environment.
  • Knowledge of customer service best practices, compliance systems and processes, and financial management.
  • Proficiency in bespoke systems and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, adapt, and be flexible.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, listening, negotiation) at all levels.
