We are looking for ‘can-do’ team player candidates with excellent customer services expertise and call centre experience to join a flourishing, fast growing company with huge scope and great relationships in place with a large panel of leading insurers.
You will need outstanding communication skills, proven ability to achieve targets (including customer retention) and have the drive to go that extra mile. In return, you’ll be given all the tools and training to be successful as well as being fully supported by a welcoming team.
The roles are wholly based in the client’s spacious, beautiful, and bright Twickenham offices. Strong compensation starting from £19Kpa base salary, with additional bonuses of up to £150 per month.
The role requires flexibility with working hours - which will be on a shift basis - plus a Saturday rota. You will receive an excellent holiday package and good benefits.
