Your starting salary will be £22Kpa + excellent uncapped monthly commission incentive

Duties will include
- Handling a mixture of new business quotations
- Handling a mixture of renewals, policy adjustments, and dealing with customer queries.
- Contacting existing customers about their renewals, dealing with customers' Mid-term adjustments, and collecting payments. This will be making changes to a customer’s insurance upon their request and taking payment where necessary for any changes in the policy premium.
- Sending out client renewal packs, handling renewal invitations, double-checking the renewal details to make sure they are correct, and then sending an invite out to the client detailing the terms and premium of their renewal.
- New business documentation, once a policy has been incepted by one of our clients and chasing on claims bonus documentation
- Chasing no claims bonus proof and maintaining the team’s renewals spreadsheets.
