Based in Redhill, we are looking for a Sales Advisor to join their ambitious team, this role would ideally suit someone with previous sales experience and willingness to work with KPIs.

  • Providing accurate quotations. 

  • Identify and gauge potential selling opportunity, without pressure selling. 

  • Work in coordination with the team towards achieving sales targets. 

  • Explain the features and benefits of policies to clients. 

  • Maintain accurate records and work within the guidelines provided. 

  • Maintain a good level of personal presentation. 

  • Follow sales scripts and question sets accurately in order to understand clients’ needs. 

    We would love you to have- 

  • Previous experience within a fast- paced sales environment. 

  • An undeniable passion for customer service and hunger for achieving targets. 

  • A natural ability to understand and connect with people and their needs. 

  • A proven desire to update product knowledge and skill. 

  • Build and maintain cordial relationships with underwriters. 

  • Confidence to deal with challenging situations and being tactful.
