Insurance industry experience and qualifications are an advantage but not essential as you will get full support and training in a broad range of commercial insurance services products, as well as your own professional development.

However, we are looking for very specific personal qualities: we want proactive and enthusiastic candidates who bring a very positive attitude, strong planning skills and attention to detail, and work well under pressure. A skilled multitasker, your verbal and written communication skills must be excellent – and you will need to be brilliant at balancing your own workload. 

The role will originally be largely account managing and working with a loyal base of clients where there is excellent cross-selling potential.

Benefits include 

Salary up to £20,000pa + annual bonus + new business bonus + 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays, Parking, Penions, Private Medical, Death in service and training towards the Cert CII qualifications.
