With a wealth of commercial insurance experience to becoming one of the leading names in the sector, our fantastic clients are now looking for a Trainee Account Handler to join their progressive team. This role would suit someone with a natural flair for administration and customer service, a tremendous opportunity to contribute, learn and grow! 

Whilst you are expected to be in this supporting role, you will be expected to think on your feet- 

  • Build and maintain effective relationships with underwriters. 

  • Provide point of contact for customer enquiries, dealing with these through to a successful outcome. 

  • Question existing customers effectively to ensure renewal premium is based on correct information. 

  • Understand the process and accurately work on the documentation in a timely manner. 

  • Effectively handle all the incoming posts and enquiries.

  • Exceptional attention to detail with negotiation skills.
