This role would suit someone with a natural flair for administration and customer service, a tremendous opportunity to contribute, learn and grow!
Whilst you are expected to be in this supporting role, you will be expected to think on your feet-

Build and maintain effective relationships with underwriters.

Provide point of contact for customer enquiries, dealing with these through to a successful outcome.

Question existing customers effectively to ensure renewal premium is based on correct information.

Understand the process and accurately work on the documentation in a timely manner.

Effectively handle all the incoming posts and enquiries.
