Insure Recruitment are working alongside a specialist buy-to-let lender who are seeking a new Telephone BDM (Mortgages).
Telephone BDM – Fleet – £27,000 - £31,000
Working within their office based in Fleet you will be part of an established team looking to develop relationships with intermediaries and become the main point of contact for all future new business.
The Job Role:
Your role will be to provide detailed information to intermediaries about the products and lending criteria.
Other duties to include:
- Understand the intermediaries business and focus on maximising new business potential.
- Achieve set targets through the development of new and existing intermediary relationships.
- Use the CRM system to ensure the system is maintained and kept up to date with all latest news, conversations and contact with intermediaries.
The Ideal Applicant:
This role would suit someone from either a telephone or face to face sales environment. Ideally, we would like someone from the mortgage or financial services industry. Further industry-recognised qualifications including your CeMAP would also give you a distinct advantage.
