We are exclusively working with a thriving insurance business based in Guildford who are recruiting an experienced supervisor to lead, mentor, and manage a team of 5 insurance underwriting administrators.
You will have supervisory experience working in either underwriting, claims, or a broking background. We are open to considering candidates from a variety of different insurance backgrounds, but it's essential you have supervisory experience.
Your team of underwriting administrators will carry out external audits of coverholder schemes, attended sales meetings, and ensure the commercial and employer protection books of business are performing.
You will be a strong team player, working efficiently to meet agreed objectives and have a good eye for detail. You must be able to deal effectively with enquiries, and operate well within the parameters of stipulated procedures and authority limits.
