In this exciting role of System Support Assistant, you will provide first-line support for CRM system issues, troubleshooting and escalating as needed.
The role
You will play a key part in testing and rolling out system developments while assisting in creating and renewing products within the system. Reporting to the System & Customer Journey Optimisation Executive, you will assist in enhancing the online customer journeys, driving improvements to maximise online sales.
Being the first point of contact for investigating and resolving system issues raised by the team, brokers, and customers, you will organise and manage portal tickets, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with the team. You will be expected to assist in designing system specifications, supporting system upgrades, and recommending enhancements to improve performance and conversion rates.
Requirements
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of general insurance legislation and industry practices. Your exceptional interpersonal and communication skills enable you to build strong relationships at all levels, both internally and externally. While qualifications like a GCSE pass in English and Mathematics are preferred, a bachelor's degree or higher-level diploma is an advantage. You bring technical aptitude, including knowledge of CSS, HTML, and tools like Google Analytics and A/B testing platforms. Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and data visualisation tools is essential, while familiarity with Photoshop and customer screen recording software like Hotjar adds value.
The company
This is a pivotal role within an established, fast-growing and multiple award-winning Surrey-based insurance business. Although the role is currently fully office-based.
The office is extremely convenient for the local National Rail station and buses. Some parking allocations can be available on a rota basis.
