We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced commercial account handler to join a dynamic and friendly team based in West Malling. Primarily you are responsible for providing a quality service, by handling client excellence. You will work collaboratively with the expert Account Executives to achieve common goals and the best outcome.
You will ensure all account admin is taken care of - confirming cover with relevant insurers, processing policies, and chasing outstanding documentation when required. You will be highly organised and love to work towards a plan.
- Day to day you will look after insurer queries for your client's policies.
- Assist your clients with their queries on a day-to-day basis relating to existing policies and liaise with insurers regarding potential changes and new terms for policies.
- You will account handle queries and credit control matters highlighting any concerns to account managers on time and preparing invoices registers, and other documentation.
- Work in conjunction with your account handler – providing guidance and training
- Be prepared to assist others within your team as and when required.
Experience knowledge and skills required you will be educated with A to C grades in GCSE standard or equivalent, you'll have highly competent IT skills, and have a solid broad range of commercial insurance experience of over 3-5 years.
