The role includes dealing with all aspects of the renewals lifecycle, tender process and daily queries and your target is to achieve optimum profitable renewal retention rate and growth.
This will require expertise in effectively identifying and prioritising risk, properly handling due diligence, quickly grasping and interpreting relevant information.
To succeed in the role you will also need to be adept at planning and analysing, with an innate talent for accuracy and attention to detail.
