We are working with a fast-growing digital Insuretech business who have created a role for a bright, enthusiastic innovative independent thinker to primarily run, build and optimise their email journey using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to enhance their sales, marketing, retention & customer service.
The company is truly development and data-led, with a team of experienced developers and data experts constantly developing new opportunities for the company to stay ahead of its competitors including the recent investment in their in-house platform – Elements, and the integration of salesforce as the CRM and email marketing tool.
The role is to lead and manage the email marketing function working closely alongside their Senior management team. The role will involve building multiple journeys for their main products, increasing sales, customer retention, and existing customer experience through effective customer communications.
This is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to be a key member of the team driving this exciting insuretech.
Responsibilities
- Drive performance through email marketing.
- Work closely with Senior Management to deliver optimised, compliant, Marketing Cloud journeys.
- Use data to optimise journeys to boost email performance.
- Create and execute multiple email journeys to cover their entire product base.
Requirements
- Have at least 2 years’ experience in email marketing.
- Salesforce experience
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience preferred but not required.
- Comfortable in a high-pressure, high pace environment and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good data skills – the ability to understand and interpret data in order to optimise email marketing campaigns.
