Reflecting the company’s commitment to the personal touch, you will have considerable proven experience protecting clients’ businesses and delivering peace of mind. You will need to demonstrate total clarity regarding regulatory issues and impeccable judgment regarding risk appetite and profile.

We are looking for a decisive team player who will be adept at navigating an internal integration process, liaising effectively with other central group functions, and coordinating productively with other key members of the team. In addition, you will be skilled in building strong relationships, highly organised, and computer literate in all Microsoft packages.

Candidates must have 5+ years’ outstanding experience in an assurance or business partnering role, with broad experience of insurance broking in at least three business areas. 

You will need a proven track record of effectively dealing with significant volumes of information and making successful pragmatic, informed and risk-based judgements, identifying and recommending practical solutions.At this level, an innate ability to multitask will be crucial so you must be able to run multiple projects concurrently, and manage a wide range of stakeholders and levels of seniority.

The role requires sound knowledge of key regulatory developments and trends, and emerging risks, as well as strong and practical understanding of FCA principles, practices and requirements.Your contribution will be vital, which is reflected in an unbeatable compensation package. Starting salary is an impressive £70kpa and location is fully flexible, so you’ll be able to be based anywhere in the UK.
