This is a field-based position with home working, offering plenty of autonomy while enabling you to become a trusted adviser to your portfolio of broker partners.

  • Escalate significant compliance concerns where appropriate.
  • Keep up to date with regulatory developments and industry best practice.

About You

You'll ideally have:

  • Previous compliance experience gained within an insurance broker, insurer or insurance network.
  • Excellent knowledge of FCA regulations and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • The confidence to advise, influence and build relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical, organisational and report-writing skills.
  • Strong IT skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • CII qualifications or other relevant professional qualifications would be advantageous.
  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly throughout the North of England.

Salary & Benefits

  • £55,000 basic salary
  • £5,580 car allowance
  • Home-based with regional travel
  • 25 days' annual leave plus Bank Holidays
  • Private Medical Insurance (following successful probation)

  • Death in Service (3x salary)
  • Sick Leave benefits
  • Ongoing professional development and support towards industry qualifications
  • Excellent long-term career progression within a growing organisation
