Above all, you will be matching fantastic industry-leading clients with exceptional candidates who you have identified will help them meet their growth goals and boost their business. You will grow into a trusted adviser, building and managing relationships with your own growing portfolio of clients and hand-picked candidates.
To be successful, you will be in regular contact with clients, ensuring that you are meeting service level agreements; you will also help sourcing and engaging a pool of candidates which match the needs of the business.
You will learn how to identify, select and rigorously screen candidates, whilst being supportive to all potential recruits throughout the recruitment process, keeping them firmly in the loop.
The ideal candidates will be someone:
Who is currently working in a junior recruitment role specialising in insurance and/or financial services; or
Who has some experience working in insurance looking for a shift in career path and who will bring intimate knowledge of the sector as well as strong insights into the skills and qualities required to succeed in this thriving industry; or
Who is currently working in a customer focussed/client facing sales environment seeking an opportunity to work in insurance/financial services recruitment.
In addition to your core responsibilities, you will have a real voice in helping us shape our working culture and our own growth. We would love you to suggest ideas for our social media updates, or work with our copy expert to create engaging posts that will generate leads and help build our brand – and yours!
