  • As Property Insurance Account Handler, your responsibilities will include:
  • Creating insurance documents for new customers.
  • Researching and presenting suitable alternatives for renewal terms.
  • Coordinating renewal quotes and mid-term adjustments.
  • Ensuring accurate data entry and record-keeping.
  • Managing insurer queries and policy processing.
  • Secure delivery of policy documentation from insurers and check prior to approval and release by Account Executive
  • Applying legal and regulatory policies effectively.


To excel in this role, you should have:

  • CII Qualifications: Cert CII/Dip CII (desirable).
  • Property, commercial or Household insurance account handling experience desirable 
  • SLA Achievement: Proven experience in working to targets and achieving SLAs.
  • Risk Awareness: Ability to handle customer information securely.
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and initiative.
  • Acturis Proficiency: Fully proficient in Acturis software. (Although training can be provided)
