We are recruiting a Quality Control Officer who will be responsible for auditing transactions carried out by our client on a daily basis. You will listen, review record and fix errors and reporting back the findings to line managers and coaches.
Your key responsibilities:
- Audit transactions on a daily basis.
- Prepare reports presenting key error findings and inform line managers and coaches.
- Manage the error log and follow up action taken with line managers and coaches.
- Report errors and escalate issues as needed
- Check all new business/ renewal files correspond with the details on screen.
- To ensure all the accounts pages are correct.
- To leave notes to advise who's case, which company / scheme, which docs outstanding.
- Sort through every file to place documents in correct order and highlight any questions which need to be answered by customers.
- Check files received from sales/renewals against logs
- Distribute files to rest of team and log amount
- Listen into calls and ensure agents comply with guidelines laid down by the Financial Conduct Authority with regard to the selling of insurance
- Deal with all emails received in the department
- Ensuring that all Quality control logs are updated on a daily basis.
The ideal applicant will be an analytical and problem-solving person who has a real attention to detail, someone that is happy to work flexible hours if required and already has experience in a similar field ideally within the motor/home insurance market.
Hours of work
Office based shifts between 9am – 7pm based on a 40-hour working week Monday to Friday.
