As a minimum expectation, you will need a broad knowledge across a range of personal lines insurance products and have handled insurance for high net worth clients.
Working with specialist high/ultra-high net worth customers, you’ll need to demonstrate an understanding of the risk profile of these individuals and appreciate that stellar service and speed are essential.
To ensure you’re creating maximum value for your clients, you’ll need to be an exceptional communicator, excellent at building strong relationships internally and externally. The company has succeeded because it invests in long and in-depth client relationships, often lasting decades.
In addition to an attractive base salary, there’s an exciting incentive package, a generous benefits package including 10% employer contribution pension (5% employee) 26 days holiday plus an additional ½ day on your birthday and again at Christmas – Private Medical Insurance, up to a 20% commission incentive + annual bonus - working in a and a fully supportive environment, learning from highly experienced and respected colleagues.
With the flexibility to work from home and the autonomy to manage your diary, you will proactively attend client meetings. The team meets on-site at their offices in Central London every Thursday, even covering your transportation costs to and from the office - meaning you could be based anywhere in the UK!
