Insure Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a highly respected and established private client insurance brokerage seeking a Private Client Account Handler to manage their own portfolio of High-Net-Worth and Ultra-High-Net-Worth clients.
This is a fantastic opportunity to inherit and manage an established portfolio generating approximately £350,000 in annual income, providing tailored insurance solutions and exceptional service to affluent individuals, families, property owners and successful professionals.
Working within a collaborative and supportive team, you'll build long-term client relationships whilst developing your expertise within the prestigious private client insurance market.
The Role
- Managing an established portfolio of HNW and UHNW clients.
- Handling renewals, mid-term adjustments and policy administration.
- Negotiating with insurers to secure the best outcomes for clients.
- Building trusted relationships through exceptional client service.
- Identifying cross-selling and portfolio development opportunities.
- Supporting clients throughout the policy lifecycle, including claims liaison where required.
- Maintaining accurate records and FCA compliance.
What we're looking for
- Previous insurance Account Handling experience.
- Experience within Private Clients, Mid-Net-Worth (MNW) or High-Net-Worth (HNW) Home Insurance is highly desirable.
- We will also consider candidates from a Commercial Insurance background who have Acturis experience and are keen to develop their career within the Private Client sector.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- Acturis experience would be advantageous.
- Cert CII qualified or working towards qualifications would be desirable.
