Join a thriving global insurance business that seeks a talented High-Net-Worth Account Handler to join their dynamic team of 9 in their beautiful office in Hatton, following the well-deserved retirement of a valued team member.
In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of affluent clients with premium levels ranging from £10,000 to £250,000. You'll leverage your expertise to understand their unique needs and risk profiles, then develop customised insurance plans that provide optimal protection and have the opportunity to grow your book and develop long-term relationships with your client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a book of HNW clients with premium levels exceeding £10,000
- Cover a range of insurance from High-Value Motor, Home, Jewellery, Pet insurance, etc
- Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with clients.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify the most suitable insurance solutions.
- Negotiate with underwriters to secure the best terms and conditions for your clients.
- Process policy changes, endorsements, and renewals efficiently and accurately.
- Champion client claims to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Thrive in this Role if You Have:
- Proven experience in wealth management and handling client portfolios with premium levels above £10,000 and have high value motor & home insurance experience. Travel, pet, jewellery insurance would be desirable.
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills to cultivate trust with high-net-worth clients.
- Deep understanding of insurance products, risk assessment, and market trends.
- Proven negotiation skills to secure the best deals for your clients.
- Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of your work.

The role is office-based, they support a hybrid working pattern which includes 3 days in the office on a Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday and 2 days working from home – this is at the discretion of the employer.
