We are delighted to be supporting a prestigious, client-focused broker, offering an exciting opportunity to manage an inherited book of long-standing HNW and UHNW clients. This is a pivotal, client-facing role where you will nurture trusted relationships, ensure seamless client journeys, and help protect what matters most to your client base.
The role:
As a Private Client Executive, you’ll be responsible for maintaining a portfolio of valued HNW/UHNW clients. This is very much a relationship-led position, with the opportunity to provide tailored advice and deliver bespoke insurance solutions.
Your role will include:
- Managing and growing strong client relationships within an established HNW portfolio.
- Attending client meetings, preparing renewal presentations, and negotiating renewal terms.
- Liaising with insurers, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring smooth processes.
- Identifying new opportunities to further support clients.
- Collaborating closely with colleagues to provide the highest standard of client care.
About you:
We’re looking for a client-focused professional who thrives in a relationship-driven environment. You will have-
- Proven experience in managing relationships with Private or HNW clients, ideally in a client-facing capacity.
- Strong organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive mindset- someone tenacious, curious, and eager to develop their expertise.
- A consultative, curious, and solutions-led mindset.
- Confidence to interact with high-profile clients and complex insurance needs.
