Are you an experienced Private Medical Insurance (PMI) professional looking for a fully remote role where you can take ownership of your own client portfolio?
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and well-respected insurance brokerage, managing a portfolio of SME PMI clients while working remotely as part of a supportive and collaborative team.
We are looking for a confident PMI Account Handler who enjoys client servicing, renewals and relationship management, and who is comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment.
The Opportunity
You will manage a portfolio of approximately 100 SME PMI clients, providing professional advice and support throughout the policy lifecycle.
Working closely with advisers and insurers, you will ensure clients receive a high level of service, while supporting renewal retention and ongoing policy administration.
This role offers the opportunity to work fully remotely, while still being part of an experienced PMI team.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of approximately 100 SME PMI clients
- Handling policy renewals and retention negotiations
- Processing mid-term adjustments and policy amendments
- Responding to client servicing queries
- Liaising with insurers and healthcare providers
- Supporting advisers with policy servicing and administration
- Maintaining accurate client records and policy documentation
Ideal Candidate
- Experience working within Private Medical Insurance (PMI)
- Background within a broker or insurer environment
- Experience handling renewals, policy servicing and client queries
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote role
Experience managing SME PMI client portfolios would be highly desirable.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: £32,000 – £35,000 depending on experience
