Insure Recruitment are working alongside an experienced and established Insurance Broker who are actively seeking a Personal Lines Account Handler.
Making up part of a team of insurance advisors you will be tasked with dealing with a range of queries from New Business quotations, Mid Term Adjustments and Renewals.
Key Activities & Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer needs and deal with any enquires into the office.
- Answer inbound calls as quickly as possible and provide clear service that meets the demands and needs of all customers.
- Show empathy to all customers and ensure they leave any contact feeling supported and cared for.
- A good level of personal lines insurance (Both home and Motor)
- Open GI experience
- Industry recognised qualifications
- Good team worker.
- Can show a great deal of empathy for customers and colleagues.
This role will be Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
