Personal Lines Account Executive

You already are an established account handler specialising in personal lines. With your valuable experience and driven attitude, you are now looking forward to progressing in your career and taking charge of new business books.

With your exceptional people skills, you will further grow in your role, meeting new potential clients and assisting them accordingly. A great opportunity to work in an encouraging and growing team and to have a mixture of office-based and client-facing meetings.

Your role includes but is not limited to-

  • Maintain and grow your book of business by chasing and securing new business leads.
  • Openly discuss renewal terms with customers and seek alternatives to discuss with them.
  • Talk to brokers and gain access to the most competitive terms that meet your clients' objectives!
  • Visit clients as appropriate.
  • Control the renewal process for your clients.
  • Assess account queries and credit control matters, resolve efficiently, and raise any concerns with the right team.
  • Identify and act upon new business opportunities.

To be successful in this role, you have-

  • Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent with a strong working knowledge of general insurance products, services, classes of insurance.
  • Strong knowledge of client market and insurance industry network
  • A minimum of 2 years experience within a similar role.
  • Excellent client service focus: the customer is always your top priority.
  • Generate and drive new business.
