Broker Backup Operations – London – Salary DOE excellent benefits
Insure Recruitment are currently working with an expanding MGA who are looking to add to their operations team.
The successful candidate will provide high quality and effective, technical and administrative support to the Operations Team and wider business.
Assist with the creation of Underwriting Agreement Manuals (“Bibles”) for new Binders and help ensure existing Underwriting Agreement Manuals are kept up to date.
Assist with the upkeep of the Master Underwriting Agreement Schedule.
Assist with the approval and registration process of Underwriting Agreements using various Lloyd’s and London Market tools, such as DCOM (system replacement for ATLAS and BAR), QA Tool, Crystal, Xchanging and DDM (previously known as DA SATS).
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role
Experience of market systems i.e. DDM,DCOM (ATLAS & BAR) desirable
Knowledge of Binding Authority Agreements essential
Previous experience within either an independent or Broker-owned MGA preferred.
Broker technician experience advantageous.
Knowledge of RiskWrite is advantageous but not essential.
Office hours are 9am to 5pm with flexibility to work remotely.
