Insure Recruitment are working with a reputable insurance company in Surrey, to help hire a number of professionals who would like a step in to the Insurance industry. NO experience necessary, we are simply looking for driven, confident individuals who are happy to talk to customers over the phone about their insurance needs.

- Working in the Technical broking team.
- Handling technical insurance products across a wide range of markets.
- No insurance experience needed.
- Full training provided
- Min basically salary £20,000. Is negotiable depending on experience.
- Paid weekend over time.
- 20 days holiday. Increases each year up until 25.
- Company pension.

- Mon/Fri shifts 08:30 – 17:30 & 10:00 – 19:00
- 2 Saturdays a month £120 overtime.
- Achievable commission targets.
- OTE 30k- £65k
- Sponsored CII for staff with tenure over 18months if interested.
- Office based role.
