Right now we are looking for experienced LEI claims handlers to join a thriving and expanding specialist LEI company.

In this varied and challenging role, you will be responsible for assessing and administering all types of ATE and BTE legal expenses claims from notification through to settlement.

Ideally, you will bring two to three years’ similar experience of legal expenses claims handling. You will therefore have a proven track record of excellent organisation, strong time management and the highest level of service in all communications with clients, intermediaries and third parties.

Comfortable dealing with high level individuals, you will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, strong mastery of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, and be literate in the use of management information systems. This role would suit a strong team player with a great eye for detail and a proven ability to meet agreed objectives, deal effectively with customer service enquiries and operate well within the limits of stipulated procedure and authority.

Working in a niche but vital section of the insurance sector, you will be providing solutions to help leading UK law firms ensure they are fully enabled to provide the highest quality access to justice. Insurance or legal qualifications are therefore desirable and would be beneficial.

You will also be required to undertake ongoing training in order to keep up to date with technical, legal and market developments. However, the company believes strongly in developing its people, and fully supporting - and providing - continual professional training and development. This includes payment towards CII and CILEx qualifications, and study and exam leave.
