We are working exclusively on this role seeking an IT Manager who has a meticulous eye for perfection, tenacity, and a greater sense of responsibility towards maintaining the IT infrastructure and addressing any problems arising.
Your responsibilities as IT Manager include, but are not limited to-
- Managing all aspects of the integrated business technology systems including.
- Telecommunications, internet.
- Websites and domain management.
- Broker software.
- Office hardware.
- Networking and procurement.
- Ensuring all projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and with pinpoint accuracy.
- Managing third-party relationships within the domain of the department.
- Identifying and implementing efficiencies whenever a need is established.
- Preparedness to take suppliers to task as and when necessary.
To be considered for this role, you will be-
- A proven track record of responsibilities delivered within a similar role.
- Experience in managing IT systems and softwares in the insurance industry (desirable).
- Experience in liaising with clients and third parties, when needed.
- Proactive with tickets and complaints raised.
- Having a thorough understanding of tasks done within a fixed time frame (prioritising).
- Take over the charge of procurement and inventory.
- Keep up with the latest technology and updates.
