With your hands-on experience in managing all the aspects of business technology and flexibility in understanding the issue and importance of resolving technological problems, you will be joining an award-winning and thriving insurance business as an IT Manager.

Having experienced rapid growth and gearing up for more, this is an exciting time to join this dynamic insurance business. We are working exclusively on this role seeking an IT Manager who has a meticulous eye for perfection, tenacity, and a greater sense of responsibility towards maintaining the IT infrastructure and addressing any problems arising.

Your responsibilities as IT Manager include, but are not limited to-

  • Managing all aspects of the integrated business technology systems including.
  • Telecommunications, internet.
  • Websites and domain management.
  • Broker software.
  • Office hardware.
  • Networking and procurement.
  • Ensuring all projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and with pinpoint accuracy.
  • Managing third-party relationships within the domain of the department.
  • Identifying and implementing efficiencies whenever a need is established.
  • Preparedness to take suppliers to task as and when necessary.

To be considered for this role, you will be-

  • A proven track record of responsibilities delivered within a similar role.
  • Experience in managing IT systems and softwares in the insurance industry (desirable).
  • Experience in liaising with clients and third parties, when needed.
  • Proactive with tickets and complaints raised.
  • Having a thorough understanding of tasks done within a fixed time frame (prioritising).
  • Take over the charge of procurement and inventory.
  • Keep up with the latest technology and updates.
