We are looking for an Insurance Team Leader who can strike the perfect balance between support and autonomy, guiding a fantastic team of Client Advisors across their office days and remote working days. You will be the go-to person for recognising strengths, addressing challenges with understanding, and creating a culture of positivity and growth.
What you will be doing:
- Supporting, guiding, and developing a team of insurance professionals, ensuring they have what they need to succeed- whether in the office or working remotely.
- Client Service Excellence: Advising on best practices to build strong, effective client service plans that make a real impact.
- Public Sector Account Management: Managing a small but key portfolio of public sector clients, ensuring top-tier service and strategic insight.
- Lead Client Excellence and People Strategy by overseeing resourcing, workload management, and team development.
- Drive client service success by monitoring delivery trends, enhancing strengths, and addressing gaps. Ensure effective training, retention, and workflow management to optimise performance.
- Collaboration & Growth: Working closely with leadership to enhance processes and deliver outstanding client outcomes.
What are we looking for:
- Team Leader experience within commercial/corporate insurance.
- Proven insurance industry experience, working to targets within a regulated framework and achieving SLAs.
- Process-driven with strong due diligence, meeting deadlines with a results-oriented mindset.
- Experience handling large clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confident in building and maintaining client relationships.
- Strong planning, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
