Team Leader – Insurance Sales
Salary: circa £30,000 base, realistic OTE of £60,000
Location: Office-based, Southwest London (must be within 45 minutes commute)
Type: Full-time, permanent
We’re working with a growing insurance business in Southwest London to recruit an experienced Team Leader to join their expanding sales operation.
This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and has a genuine passion for coaching and developing others.
The Role
- Lead a targeted sales team, driving performance, quality, and motivation
- Conduct daily team meets, one-to-ones, and performance reviews
- Monitor call quality and conversion rates, identifying areas for improvement
- Report into senior leadership and contribute to long-term strategic goals
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in leading sales teams, ideally in insurance or a similar regulated environment
- Strong coaching and people development skills
- Resilient, proactive, and results-focused
- Able to lead by example and bring fresh ideas to the table
- Outgoing and engaging personality - able to energise and relate to the team
