To thrive in this empowering role, you will be great at closing sales and generating revenue whilst providing customers with a positive and unpressured experience.
You will be given warm leads, full support, and training, and you will be joining a welcoming, supportive, and dynamic team in a business with huge scope for growth.
Ideally, you will have insurance telephone sales experience (preferably in motor insurance). Must-haves will be a great telephone manner and written communication skills. You will be wholly based in the client’s spacious, beautiful, and bright Twickenham offices.
Your competitive compensation package starts with a base salary of up to £23k, with commission potentially boosting on target earnings over £50k+.
The role requires flexibility with working hours which will be on a shift basis, plus a Saturday rota. You will also receive good benefits including:
- Uncapped monthly commission incentive OTE £50Kpa
