Insurance Sales Executive (Inbound)

Our client boasts one of the most competitive commission structures in the industry, with high achievers earning an impressive £70-£80Kpa as their first-year On-Target Earnings (OTE). Successful candidates will possess:

  • Proven proactive sales experience, working with KPIs and targets.

  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and surpassing targets.

  • Previous experience in an office sales environment.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Proactive, driven, and motivated attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process inbound new business from warm leads.

  • Accurately gather details.

  • Provide insurance quotations.

  • Conduct policy transactions.

  • Handle general inquiries.

  • Update systems and perform general administrative tasks.


  • Investment in professional development and career prospects.

  • Excellent uncapped monthly commission structure, with top billers earning £70Kpa - £80Kpa OTE.

  • Competitive basic salary up to £30Kpa (DOE), or up to £27Kpa for candidates without insurance sales experience.

Work Hours:

Full-time office-based work with shift patterns from 8:30 am to 9 pm (Early – Mid - Late shifts per week) and two Saturdays or Sundays every four weeks on a rota basis from 9 am to 5 pm. Shifts include Early (8:30 am - 4:50 pm), Mid (10 am - 6:20 pm), and Late (12:40 pm - 9 pm) from Monday to Friday, with an hour for lunch.
