Insurance Renewals Account Handler – Trainee
Guildford
(Immediate Start date OR April start dates available)
We are looking for candidates to work for a commercial vehicle insurance brokerage who due to sustained growth have a number of job opportunities within the thriving insurance renewals team.
Duties include
- Serving existing customers, account managing and offering 1st class customer services, renewing their vehicle insurance policies
- You will retain customers, deal with cancellations and midterm adjustments
- You will be an excellent communicator and highly organised
Salary starting is £20,000 + OTE £27Kpa
The average earning bonus is £500 per month, if you over exceed your targets, they will reward you with a higher bonus threshold.
Hours of work – you will be flexible to work shift patterns
Monday to Friday there are two shifts
Early Shift – 8:30am until 5pm
Mid shift - 9am-6pm
Late Shift – 10:30am until 7pm
Every other Saturday from 9am until 2pm
1 in 8 Sundays from 9am until 2pm.
