Insurance Executive (Training provided)

You are already a driven individual confident to develop warm leads and work in a targeted sales & services working environment. You are now ready to join an exceptional company and be trained as an insurance executive, you will be fully trained to provide home and motor insurance needs to customers.  

Your new role working as an Insurance Outbound Executive is an incredibly supportive role, you will be responsible for following up on warm leads for clients requiring Motor, Home, and Gap Insurance. As a General Insurance Outbound Executive, your responsibilities include

  • Being responsible for generating leads with warm clients.
  • Contacting clients who include customers who have emailed a request or they could be previous lapsed clients.
  • Following a script, you will compliantly gain agreement from the customer to have a general insurance quotation.
  • You will be able to adapt the script and conversation in order to meet the customer's needs.
  • Proactively contact customers in a compliant manner.
  • Ensure all details are correct on the system.
  • Maintaining good working relationships with the sales team which you pass live leads to building relationships with peers and stakeholders.
  • Manage the call and complete all administration tasks and update records.

To succeed in this role of Insurance Outbound Executive, you will be-

  • Confident and comfortable in negotiating and overcoming objections.
  • Love KPIs and hitting targets!
  • A good listener with an ability to gauge the situation.
  • Selling without pressure, a natural communicator.
  • Previous experience within fast-paced telesales or similar environment.
  • Experience in Home and Motor insurance (desirable not essential).

  • Salary circa £20,000, £24,000 OTE (uncapped quarterly commission + annual performance bonus)

The outbound team currently works shift patterns from 9 am until 5 pm or 10 am until 6 pm Monday to Friday (with the occasional Saturday shift 1 in 6 Saturdays)
