With your 'can-do' approach and experience (particularly in motor insurance; open to considering all insurance products experience), you will be joining a flourishing, fast-growing company with huge scope and great relationships in place with a large panel of leading insurers.
Duties will include-
- Taking inbound calls from customers with queries about, or looking to make changes to, their motor insurance.
- Outbound calls will also need to be made to customers to chase outstanding items required to complete their policy.
- Working within the customer service department you must have exceptional attention to detail and provide a service of the highest possible standard.
- The successful candidate must have a strong can-do mentality and be comfortable in a high-pressure call center environment.
- Working to deadlines you will also be required to liaise with their internal underwriters and their insurer partners to provide the best possible service to our customers.
- You will also be prepared to pitch in to assist in other areas and go the extra mile to see the business succeed.
To be successful in this role, you will need-
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Experience with Open GI software (intermediate level) – Desirable.
- Experience with Word and Excel (intermediate level).
- Experience in the insurance industry – Desirable.
- Experience with motor insurance – Desirable
- A proven ability to achieve KPI targets.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships and ensure retention.
In return, you’ll be fully supported by a welcoming team and given all the tools and training to be successful. The role is wholly based in the client’s spacious, beautiful, and bright Twickenham offices.
Strong compensation starting from £19k- £24k base salary with additional bonuses of up to £225 per month.
This role requires flexibility with working hours which will be on a shift basis, 1st week 8:30 am - 5:30 pm; 2nd week 10 am – 7 pm; Saturday – 9 am – 3 pm (1 in every 3).
