We are looking for customer service candidates who are 'can-do' team players with experience (particularly in motor insurance) to join a flourishing, fast growing company with huge scope for growth and great relationships in place with a large panel of leading insurers.
Duties will include taking inbound calls from customers with queries about, or looking to make changes to, their motor insurance; and making outbound calls to customers to chase outstanding items required to complete their policy.
You will need outstanding communication skills, proven ability to achieving KPI targets and the drive to go that extra mile. In return, you’ll be fully supported by a welcoming team and given all the tools and training to be successful.
The roles are wholly based in the client’s spacious, beautiful and bright Twickenham offices.
Strong compensation starting from a £19k - 24k base salary with additional bonuses of up to £150 per month.
These roles require flexibility with working hours which will be on a shift basis, plus a Saturday rota basis. You will receive good benefits including:
