We have a great opportunity for an experienced customer service/administrator to launch a successful career working in the thriving general insurance industry.
Full training will be provided and you will be trained to support customer service enquiries, transact policy alterations, generate new General Insurance business and Financial Services leads, conduct renewal reviews and assist with office administration – in order to deliver outstanding customer service at all times
Our client is looking for a confident candidate who is keen to learn. This opportunity comes with full ongoing training and career development. Insurance experience is NOT necessary as product training will be provided.
- Salary is highly negotiable depending on experience £20Kpa to £26Kpa
- 22 days annual leave + Bank Holidays (rising by 1 day after year 2 up to 25 days + Bank Holidays)

Hours of work are office based Monday to Friday 8:45pm to 5pm.
