We are helping our client recruit two customer service account managers for new positions within their thriving client service team.

The role will support their existing clients when mid-term adjustments and renewal administration is required. You will also generate additional opportunities from warm leads and ensure customers are aware of their financial services propositions.
You will administer motor, personal, and commercial accounts up to the value of £10,000 and full training will be provided.
We are seeking candidate who either have a minimum of 2 years insurance account handling or administration experience and a minimum of 5 GCSE pass marks (or equivalent).
