Joining this award-winning, fast-growing insurance broker, you will have proactive experience in forming new businesses. Fully onsite in Middlesex, the role requires flexibility with working hours which will be on a shift basis Monday to Friday, plus a Saturday rota. Mon-Fri – 3 shifts on rotation. Early – 8:30 am - 5.30 pm Middle – 9 am - 6 pm Late – 10 pm – 7 pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays 9 am to 5 pm.

About the Role:
As an Assistant Insurance Broker, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and generating new business. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls to provide customers with comprehensive household insurance solutions.
- Conducting thorough fact-finding to identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Overcoming objections and closing sales to achieve sales targets.
- Building strong relationships with customers to foster long-term loyalty.
Experience & Skills required:
- Recent graduate with a strong sales mentality and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service or candidates with proven sales experience who are keen to launch their career working as an insurance broker.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented and results-driven.
- Resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
