You will also need superb communication skills, a genuine ability to listen and a calm demeanour so customers are always left satisfied with the highest regard for client's company, their products and services.
Ideally, we would like candidates with call centre and target-driven sales experience in the insurance sector. However, with full training and support, you’ll be an expert in no time!
You will need a confident phone manner with the ability to quickly build a strong rapport, as well as basic mathematical skills.

In addition to a competitive starter salary £24-£27Kpa, you will receive a monthly commission and brilliant benefits package. Realistic on target earning of £30Kpa however many staff earn higher levels of commission.
All roles will be based in beautiful spacious offices in Brentford, Middlesex. Candidates will need to be flexible to work shifts patterns (Monday – Friday shifts from 9 am - 6 pm, 11 am -7 pm plus 1 in 4 Saturdays 9 am – 1 pm)
