Whether you already have insurance experience or have built strong customer service and sales skills in another environment, you’ll receive the training, support and backing to develop further.
The role
You’ll be a key point of contact for new and existing customers, helping them arrange and manage the right insurance cover while building relationships that keep them coming back year after year.
Your day will include:

Speaking with new and existing customers about their insurance needs

Providing quotations and discussing suitable cover

Handling renewals and policy amendments

Identifying opportunities to help customers with additional insurance requirements

Building strong, long-term customer relationships

Liaising with insurers to achieve the right outcomes

Developing your product and technical insurance knowledge

Insurance experience would be advantageous, but we’re equally interested in people with a strong customer service or sales background who are genuinely motivated to build a career within insurance.
Most importantly, you’ll be confident speaking with customers, commercially aware, organised and keen to learn.
Working environment
The role is predominantly office based in Taunton, giving you the opportunity to work closely with an experienced local team and learn from the people around you.
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm, plus one Saturday morning in two supporting telephone enquiries. You’ll receive time off in lieu for the Saturday worked.
