Insurance Advisor
Insure Recruitment are currently working with an established Independent Broker who is seeking several new additions to their new business team.
Our client is looking for an Insurance professional that can handle customers insurance needs and has a good understanding of Personal Lines Insurance. You will be tasked with selling motor insurance policies and working towards targets where you will be rewarded with an opportunity to enhance your salary by an additional £5,000 - £7,000 a year.
Key Activities & Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer needs and deal with any enquires into the office.
- Answer inbound calls as quickly as possible and provide clear service that meets the demands and needs of all customers.
- Cross-sell additional products that can exceed customers’ expectations.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Insurance knowledge, preferably with motor insurance experience.
- Clear communication skills
- Good level of education
Personal characteristics:
- Able to work well with colleagues.
- Ambitious attitude to hit targets both personally and as a team.
- Ability to overcome objections.
