Insurance Adviser – Sutton – up to £20,000


Excellent opportunity to enter the world of insurance!!!!!


Our client is actively seeking an experienced administrator to join their growing administration team.  Accuracy, speed and IT literacy are an absolute must for this role.  It is a high-volume role where the ability to complete work accurately and quickly is essential.

Provide administrative support to your team including scanning, collating paperwork, issuing renewals and letter production

Take responsibility for your own work, ensuring all queries are actioned within customer deadline or 24 hours (whichever is sooner).

Take responsibility for all incoming and outgoing post opening, logging and allocation in accordance with laid down procedures.

Provide telephone support to the team, taking messages, processing payments and dealing with straightforward customer queries where required.


Hours and benefits -

28 days holiday (including bank holidays) increasing by 1 day per year to a maximum of 33 days

Stakeholder pension scheme

Flexitime System – up to 10 “flex” days per year

Office hours are 8am to 6pm with 7-hour shifts + 1 hour for lunch between these hours (8-4 / 9-5 / 10-6) on a rota basis
