We have three exciting job opportunities for insurance Account Handlers. Which involves managing client inquiries and offering tailored guidance for the renewal of Motor, Home, and Travel Insurance through both inbound and outbound calls.  This collaboration involves achieving targets for new business, renewals, and mid-term adjustments (MTA). You will be responsible for administering changes to policies which include recalculating premiums, working with underwriting, updating payments, and liaising with customers.

Key Skills and Competencies:  

  • Understanding and delivering an advice-based service. 
  • Previous insurance sales/existing business experience (Desirable) or proven experience in any regulated environment.
  • Willingness to take ad-hoc responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office platforms. 
  • Resilient and Flexible. 
  • Can instigate change and new ideas. 
  • Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent.  
  • Cert CII qualified or equivalent (Desirable).
  • Understanding of Insurers and Insurance brokers.

  • Salary up to £24,000 base, Up to £27,500 OTE (uncapped quarterly commission + annual performance bonus).
  • Hybrid and flexible working supported, ideally 1 to 2 days in the office and the rest from home – once you are trained and inducted into the role.
  • Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm or 10 am-6 pm, on a rota basis. 1 Saturday (9 am to 1 pm) a month from home, TOIL provided x1.75
