The role
As an Insurance Advisor, you will build strong relationships with clients, understand their individual needs and provide tailored insurance solutions. No two conversations are the same, making this a varied and rewarding role where your communication and problem-solving skills will really make a difference. Whether you're starting your career or looking to move into a more rewarding profession, full training will be provided alongside support to achieve industry-recognised qualifications.
About you
We are looking for someone who:

- Has excellent listening and problem-solving skills.
- Takes pride in delivering great customer service.
- Is motivated to learn and develop professionally.
- May currently be working in retail, hospitality, customer service or sales and is looking for a genuine career opportunity.
- Has a positive attitude and enjoys finding tailored solutions rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.
- Is ambitious and keen to progress within a growing business.
Previous insurance experience isn't essential – personality, attitude and willingness to learn are far more important.
