We are recruiting an insurance account handler to work for a highly established independent insurance broker who looks after HNW, personal lines, and, commercial SME and property owners’ insurance needs.
As an account handler, you will offer a first-class service to both personal lines and commercial clients, ensuring that the chosen policy provides customers with the most appropriate protection. You will account handle clients ranging across both private clients and commercial insurance, managing new business, mid-term adjustments, and the renewals process.
To be considered for the role-
You’ll need insurance experience where you have managed/handled insurance for either personal lines and/or commercial insurance.
You will have strong administration and experience in account handling customer polices and managing client relationships through excellent customer service.
As a part of the role, you’ll have the opportunity to work on various new business campaigns to cross-sell and upsell to existing clients.

· Ability to develop solutions to customers' insurance requirements.
· Ability to work to deadlines and/or under pressure.
· Good customer service skills.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Good organisation skills.
Salary and benefits:
- Up to £32Kpa.
- Flexible office working hours either full-time or part-time hours - Monday to Friday.
