We are helping our client recruit two customer service Insurance account managers for new positions within their thriving client service team. 

Are you a confident insurance account handler professional who has a proven track record of providing excellent customer service support ensuring the long-term retention of customers?

Do you love speaking to different customers about different services and products and help them find the right matches for their requirements?

The role will support their existing clients when mid-term adjustments and renewal administration is required. You will also generate additional opportunities from warm leads and ensure customers are aware of their financial services propositions.

You will administer motor, personal, and commercial accounts up to the value of £10,000 and full training will be provided. 

We are seeking candidate who either have a minimum of 2 years insurance account handling or insurance administration experience and a minimum of 5 GCSE pass marks (or equivalent).
