Are you ready to build your career as an Insurance Account Executive within a supportive, high-performing team?

We’re partnering with a globally recognised insurance business looking to add a driven, sales-focused individual to their growing office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their insurance career who wants to develop within a commercial insurance environment.

The Role

This position offers a strong mix of new business and renewals, giving you the opportunity to build long-term client relationships while driving revenue.

You’ll be allocated clients each month, taking ownership of their renewals while identifying opportunities to cross-sell and generate additional business. These clients remain yours, allowing you to grow and develop your own portfolio.

You’ll be joining during a busy period, with a steady stream of warm, inbound leads via the website—meaning no cold calling, just genuine opportunities to convert.

Your focus will be on commercial landlords insurance, including blocks of flats, with full training provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and control the full renewal process for your clients
  • Build strong relationships and deliver exceptional client service
  • Identify and act on cross-selling and new business opportunities
  • Convert warm inbound leads into new business
  • Work closely with the in-house underwriting team to secure the most competitive terms
  • Handle account queries and credit control matters efficiently
  • Ensure accuracy across policy documentation and administration

About You

  • Around 1 year of insurance sales experience
  • Your experience could come from any class of insurance, including personal lines, commercial, life insurance, or similar environments
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales-driven, motivated, and commercially aware
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Eager to learn and develop within a commercial insurance setting
  • Knowledge of the London Market and Lloyd's of London is advantageous
  • Experience with Acturis is desirable (full training provided)
  • Eligible to work in the UK

Training & Development

  • First 3 months office-based for hands-on onboarding
  • One-to-one training with experienced team members
  • Structured classroom product training
  • Regular 1:1 meetings with your manager
  • Career progression plan with support from your line manager
  • Support towards CII qualifications (Cert CII / Dip CII)
